Cava de color dorado con gran complejidad aromática gracias a su larga crianza. Aromas delicados de fruta blanca madura y fruta de hueso, con una mezcla de levaduras frescas y aromas de autolisis, que nos recuerdan al brioche, crema pastelera y frutos secos. En boca sorprende por su fina burbuja, complejidad, persistencia i final fresco. Cava muy gastronómico ideal para platos complejos.
