Es un vino de color pálido en copa y de aroma tropical, afrutado intenso, en boca es muy agradable, con final salino de la mineralidad de la pizarra y tonos de manzanilla suaves, equilibrado y un punto mineral con una buena acidez que alarga el gusto. Se recomienda beber muy fresco.

Meritxell Pallejà produces her wines following a biodynamic approach and this is not surprising given the major role the moon plays for this feisty woman. It is hard to find good wines at reasonable prices in Priorat, but her Nita is complex and full of flavor while remaining faithful to the terroir, as it has great mineral notes. This is just the beginning.
