Los Yesares proviene de antiguos viñedos plantados a pie franco en el paraje de las Pedreras-Reventones. Es un paisaje Mediterráneo de altura dónde se encontraban los viñedos históricos del pueblo de Fuente-Álamo. Fuertes pendientes con arenas y gravas calcáreas profundas y orientaciones diversas rodeadas de bosque mediterráneo dan lugar a un perfil de Monastrell más tenso con frutita roja de bosque y monte bajo.
