Matas Altas es un vino de pueblo que marca el carácter de los antiguos viñedos plantados a pie franco en el municipio de Fuente-Álamo. Son viñedos viejos en suelos calcáreos que marcan un perfil de vinos con plena madurez y concentración siendo a la vez frescos y ágiles. Vinos que definen el territorio a través de tres pilares fundamentales, días cálidos, noches frías y piedras calcáreas.
