Fonterenza | Sant'Angelo In Colle, Montalcino
Fonterenza is Margherita and Francesca Padovani. These twin sisters grew up in the family’s winery and now manage about 4 ha of vineyards redeveloped for biodynamic farming. The wines they produce are a tribute to the centuries-old wine tradition of Tuscany, with high-potential "old-school" Brunellos (in the good sense of the term) combined with the drinkability the Padovani sisters discovered through friends from the world of natural wine. For example, they make an incredibly juicy Pettirosso. A great and highly sensitive winery.
