Excitante tono dorado. Dominio de fruta tropical, madreselva, manzana madura, y unas notas de vainilla al fondo, lejano reflejo de su estancia en barrica. Paladar untuoso y consistente que termina en un delicado y elegante recuerdo frutal.

Origin: Spain, Navarra, Pamplona, Añorbe
Soil: pedregoso, entre 600 y 650 m de altitud
Vinification: maceración películar en frío durante varias horas, mosto obtenido exclusivamente por sangrado, fermentación alcohólica con levaduras autóctonas en barricas de roble francés de grano fino y tostado medio, sin pasar por la fermentación maloláctica
Ageing: 3 meses en barrica sobre sus lías con batoneados frecuentes, no se estabiliza por frío, se filtra con placas de celulosa
Characteristics: White, Traditional, Still
Properties: Alcohol: 14,4 %, Ph: 3,62, SO2: 132, Residual sugar: 0,45 g/l

Lying in Valdizarbe – the valley of the stars – Nekeas has been part of Cuvée 3000 almost since the very beginning. When the grapes were planted, we placed our trust in the altitude and location of the vineyard (an average of 555m above sea level).

Concha Vecino, the technical director (winemaker), has matured in her approach side by side with the winery.

Robert Parker and the other international critics have always praised the good value for money of these delicious wines and they have often been rated among the best buys in Wine Advocate.
