- separately, maceration of 25 days, 8/10 days in cold, FML new wine and 1 wine (50/50)
- Ageing
- 15 to 18 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels of 1 year of use as an average, aging of the wine in rama with frequent racking in barrels, minimum aging of 1 year in bottle
