François Jobard is considered one of the Meursault AOC founding fathers. He has an extreme purist approach and pleases the most conservative Burgundy wine lovers. Long ageing, little lees influence and used oak barrels result in a white wine particularly suitable for ageing, much more pleasant after a few years in bottle. Thanks to the father and son tandem (François and Antoine) the winery enjoys nowadays one of its most glorious moments. After a few years working together, they have the perfect combination of strength and gained experience.
