Gutierrez Colosia is a family winery founded in 1818 and now run by Juan Carlos Gutiérrez Colosia and his Mallorcan wife Carmen Pou. Juan Carlos virtually has sherry running through his veins and Carmen has given the winery a modern touch. The special feature of these vineyards is their location on the banks of the Guadalete river, near the sea, where the microclimate encourages biological aging.

Their Palo Cortado is a 50-year aged treasure concentrating the essence of the winery.
