Los viñedos, que actualmente cubren 3,5 hectáreas y se cultivan en Nebbiolo, se encuentran en la zona de Torriglione y todos son propiedad. El Torriglione de hecho, en la Catastre municipal que data de 1477, se llamaba Castrum Roche, que es fortaleza del país y que en latín vulgarizado era para Castello delle Rocche: estar frente al Rocche dell-Annunziata (Rocha).
