Se trata de un palomino serio, con carácter, seco y muy fresco, que combina el carácter levemente punzante del velo de flor con sutiles notas minerales, flor de manzanilla y un fondo de fruta cítrica, con una boca muy afilada y vertical, intenso, preciso y marcada salinidad que realza la vibrante trama de éste vino en boca.
