Paco Rodero and his wife Conchita Villa launched in 1980 the Pago de los Capellanes project, which currently consists of a winery with the most advanced technology and over 100 ha of vineyards. Both the vineyard work (with low yields) and the winery work have lead Pago de los Capellanes to the top success. Rodero-Villa family’s personality and their tenacity from the beginning have been decisive to build the tremendous reputation the winery has today.
