Philippe and Catherine own a ten-hectare vineyard in the Corniche Angevine “coteaux” (Unesco World Heritage site), between the Loire Valley and the Layon Valley. Aiming for natural wines, Philippe practices strict organic viticulture. Once the grape is brought into the cellar, no oenological products (enzymes, yeasts, etc.) are added. Their wines are incredibly pure and their core idea is tension in their products: it is the art of precision.
