Oriol Artigas is one of the few young vinters known in the Alella region. Born in Vilassar de Dalt, after some years studying and making wine in different regions of the Catalan geography , Oriol was clearly intended to look for his roots in his own region. In his own words, he wanted to look for his identity in his origins and to be able to interpret the landscape that has accompanied him all his life. As a Maresme region native, he is a great connoisseur of some of the most interesting and oldest plots of the region from which he makes several single plot wines and the two Rumberos, his wine emblems. In Mas Pellicer, an adopted winery located in Llinars in the D.O. northeast limit, he works in plots, facing both the sea and the mountain, along the territory and works his vineyards with his knowledge and territorial identity.
